The Princess Party

My day as a princess....

I was so excited to get invited to my friend Ashley's 6th birthday party. Six year olds have lots of fun! This is Belle, who helped all of use get changed into our princess outfits.

Here we all are eating our princess lunch. Mommy said I did SO good sitting at the big girl table. (I'm the littlest princess with the flower crown on the right)

I was so excited that they had a dress in my size, but I was even more excited to see that princesses eat Goldfish.

I finished my Goldfish pretty quick, so I took a walk with my friend Ms. Sarah.

Maddie was a little cleaner eating hers, but I sure did enjoy each bite! Mommy cleaned me up so I could go play with the big girls after eating. I really enjoyed watching them do make-up, play dress up, and even do nails! I can't wait to be a 6 year old princesss, but for now, it was such a treat to get to be the littlest princess of the party!

Happy Father's Day

Just in case you didn't know, I have the BEST Da Da in the world! He takes such good care of Ma Ma and me. He always changes my pampers, sneaks me drinks of coke when mom isn't looking, and gives the best kisses. I am so thankful God gave me the best Da Da so I can learn from him and become exactly who God wants me to be. Happy Father's Day!

Mom and I actually surprised Da Da with a round of golf with Mr. Jordan. He had a great time playing! Afterwards, we met up for brunch at September's.

Da Da got fries with his burger. I must say, fries are my favorite, but it was a special day so I thought I would share.

Yuuuummmmmm...

It was so hot outside and I was going crazy to play in the fountains after lunch. I didn't have a swimsuit, but Mom and Dad let me just play in my bloomers.

Ok, so after a nap we went back to the fountains and met my cousins. I LOVED playing in the water! I kept trying to 'catch' some in my hands, but it kept getting away. I love chasing Da Da around too!

My cousins are so great! A bunch of kids showed up and they helped me not get knocked down. Cousin Connor held my hand and showed me how to have fun!

While we were drying off I got to use my new bubble machine. It was so much fun to chase them and share with everyone.

Mom, are you sure we have to go home and have dinner? I think I could play in the water again!

Pool Day with Lily

It was such a hot day! Ms. Bethany and Lily joined us for a dip at the YMCA.

Splish, splash! I was so good at kick, kick, kicking and moving through the water.

SMILE!! We don't have pictures of it, but I learned to jump off the side of the pool. 1-2-3 JUMP! I absolutely LOVED swimming and think I might ask mom if we can do it every week!

An Afternoon Stroll

It was such a nice day and I thought my baby would enjoy a little walk outside. So, I took her in the new baby stroller. It was so fun to wave to the neighbors too!

Walking is SO much fun!! Mom's camera died before it captured all my steps. For the record, I ended up tackling mom...and the camera!

It was so fun to feed myself spaghetti! Anything with marinara is my favorite.

Crawling, Walking, and Having Fun!

It's been such a big week for me! On Wednesday, I started crawling. Mom was getting ready and I just zoomed by her. For a while now, I had been taking 2 or 3 steps and walking with help. But, on Friday, I just let go and started walking! I also had lots of fun helping Gigi and Grandad pick out what should go in their cabinets:)

Here are my first steps. I'm waaay faster this week!

Gigi's cabinets are so fun and roomy. They might work for my room, but I think I will take the pink one upstairs instead if that's okay?

Now that walking around, one of my favorite hobbies when Mom and Dad are busy in the kitchen is heading over to the TiVo.

The Tivo lives down here...all I know is that Mom and Dad don't want me to bother him. Anyone know what a Tivo is??

Dad does not like it when I kick the TiVo. I do it often:)

After kicking the TiVo, I always check to see what kind of fun stuff they put in this drawer. Did you know that ceiling fans come with remotes?? That's always a fun game! I can turn off the light and on the wind.

Oh NO - Mom caught me!! Someone come play with me, TiVo doesn't play back very well.

Friends at the Fountains

Ms. Tina is one of my favorite friends!! She stopped by the shops at Indian Lake after she taught a class and we just happened to be there.

After the fountains, Mom and I got to have lunch with some of my favorite friends.

Oh, and for dinner on Wednesday, Mom, Dad, and I got to have dinner with Jonah and his family. Jonah ate so much that he couldn't sit up to kiss me back:) I hope I didn't have chicken breath...

The 1 Year Check-Up

So, Nurse Debbie gave me two shots. I did really good!! They really weren't that bad, especially with the bubblegum dum-dum!!

So good!

Dad really wanted to share my dum-dum, but Mom said I didn't have to since he didn't get shots too. So, I just laid and talked to him and enjoyed it all by myself.

New Neighborhood Swing

For my birthday I got a cool new swing to play with at our neighborhood playground. When we got there, they had put in baby swings! I LOVED swinging and mom and dad thought I was actually going to fall asleep.
